Bail is set at $900 cash for a 32-year-old Manitowoc man facing several drug distribution charges following his arrest on Monday.
Devin R. Yauch is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felony Bail Jumping.
A second defendant was taken into custody; however, Seehafer News won’t release the name until they have made an official court appearance and been charged.
Police were staking out a residence in the 700 block of Chicago Street when they saw the defendants leave and drive away from the residence.
A traffic stop was conducted that revealed two containers of drugs located in the trunk, totaling nearly 11 grams of fentanyl and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Conditions of bail for Yauch are that he has “no contact” with the residence and maintain “absolute sobriety.”
He remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for November 20th at 1:30.
