Two people involved in a crash with a deer on STH 57 near Gravel Pit Rd in Brown County are from Sturgeon Bay.
Brown County Sheriff’s say the 18-year-old who died in the crash was Beetle Benites.
He was killed after the vehicle, being driven by 54-year-old Wilder Beneites-Arcibia also of Sturgeon Bay, hit a deer that caused the car to go cross the southbound lane, go off the road, and hit a tree.
Wilder was taken to a Green Bay hospital because of his serious injuries.
Brown County Sheriff’s didn’t say what condition he’s in. The crash is still being investigated.
