Bail is set at $250 cash for a 42-year-old woman accused of stealing from a Manitowoc restaurant.
Angela M. Levendoski, who provided no address to the court, is charged with Misdemeanor Retail Theft and Felony Bail Jumping.
Manitowoc Police were dispatched to The Four Seasons Family Restaurant Monday morning on the report of a theft.
Employees told officers that Levendoski left without paying for nearly $30 worth of food and drink.
She was located a short time later at the bus stop near Walmart and admitted to the crime and drinking despite having an “absolute sobriety” order as part of her bail.
No conditions of bail were imposed by the court.
Levendoski remains in The County Jail with her initial appearance scheduled for November 27th at 1:30.
