A Two Rivers woman with a history of run-ins with law enforcement has once again been arrested.
The Manitowoc Police Department dispatched officers to the Four Seasons Family Restaurant on Calumet Avenue just before 9:15 Monday morning (November 20th) on a report of a theft.
The employees reported that the 42-year-old woman had ordered nearly $30 worth of food and drink, and left without paying.
The woman also reportedly left behind paperwork with her name on it.
Police located the woman a short time later at the bus stop near Walmart, where she admitted to ordering and eating the food and leaving without paying.
She also admitted to consuming three drinks at the restaurant, despite having a sobriety order for her bail.
The woman was detained on charges of Misdemeanor Retail Theft and Felony Bail Jumping.
She was also arrested earlier this year after she entered a home without permission looking for a drug dealer, and spit on a police officer.
