The owner of the Scare USA haunted attraction has pleaded not guilty to four charges against him.
37-year-old John Schwarz Jr. was back in Judge Jerilyn Dietz’s courtroom last Monday (November 27th).
He’s been charged with repeated sexual assault of a same child, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, exposing genitals to a child, and causing mental harm to a child.
Schwarz was arrested at Scare USA in October after Two Rivers Police got information about the possible sexual assault at the haunted attraction.
Two charges against him were dropped because the statute of limitations had expired on those crimes, as they both occurred in 2017 and 2018.
His next court date is set for January 12th for further proceedings.
A scheduling conference with the DA’s office has been set for January 31st.
