Bail is set at $10,000 cash for a 17-year-old Two Rivers male in connection to a shooting in Manitowoc Sunday evening.
Gabriel E. Soto is charged with Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon, First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Minor, Disorderly Conduct, Receiving Stolen Property, and Three Counts of Bail Jumping (One Misdemeanor and Two Felony).
Police responded to a call of shots being fired in the 1700 block of Meadowbrook Drive, with residents saying that bullets had gone into their apartments. No one was injured.
Officers learned the identity of Soto and an additional accomplice, a 16-year-old, who were both located on Memorial Drive in Manitowoc after fleeing the scene.
The identity of the 16-year-old has yet to be released, or if they’ll be charged in adult court.
Conditions of bail are that Soto is to have “no contact” with the co-defendant, victim, or Meadowbrook Apartment complex.
He remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for December 11th at 1:30.
