The Two Rivers Police Department has welcomed a brand-new officer.
Santos Torres recently graduated from the law enforcement academy at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau and is starting his field training today (December 21st).
He, along with his wife and two children, look to become a part of the Cool City Community, as Officer Torres aims to help keep residents safe.
