A Janesville man, James Morgan, could be sentenced to 10 years in prison after being apprehended with a camper containing materials deemed suitable for making explosives, according to the FBI.
Morgan appeared in federal court in Madison last Friday, and authorities discovered the alleged bomb components during a search of his trailer following a tip.
A detention hearing for Morgan is scheduled for this upcoming Friday.
