A woman accused of 1st degree reckless homicide has been moved in the Brown County Jail.
16-year-old Sienna Pecore is now housed in the juvenile wing of the jail after concerns from her lawyer about how she’s being treated came to light.
Pecore faces five counts of first-degree reckless homicide after she allegedly took her parents car and killed a friend when she was driving over 100 miles an hour and crashed in Green Bay in 2022.
She had been placed in an adult wing of the jail away from inmates, but her lawyer objected repeatedly to those conditions.
Motions in her case will be heard on February 2nd.
