Kirk Bangstad, owner of Minocqua Brewing Company, intends to file a 14th Amendment challenge to prevent former President Trump from appearing on Wisconsin’s ballot.
A known progressive, Bangstad has been involved in various political lawsuits, including challenging the state’s school choice programs.
His pursuit follows a recent rejection of a similar challenge in Michigan’s Supreme Court, with Bangstad expressing hopes of bringing his claim to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
