The Associated Press has released its weekly rankings of high school boys’ and girls’ basketball teams, with several teams from Northeastern Wisconsin on their list.
In Boys Division Five, the Reedsville Panthers are tied with Royall for ninth place.
Jumping to Division Three, the 11 and 0 Kiel Raiders received one first-place vote and are ranked second behind leader Saint Thomas More.
Defending State Champion Brillion is fourth, while Xavier of Appleton is tied with Brookfield Academy for sixth.
The undefeated Kohler Blue Bombers are tied with Cameron for seventh in Division Four, with 9 and 2 Howards Grove checking in at number 10.
In Division One, Undefeated and defending state champion De Pere is ranked first. Appleton North is third, and Kaukauna is eighth. Fox Valley Lutheran received votes in Division Two.
In the Girls Poll, Saint Mary Catholic of The Big East Conference is fourth in Division Four, with Sheboygan Area Lutheran seventh and Kewaunee receiving votes.
Sheboygan Falls received votes in Division Three, with Xavier (of Appleton) checking in at number 10.
In Division Two, Defending Three-time state champion Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay is second behind top-ranked Pewaukee. West De Pere is tenth.
In Division One, Neenah and Kimberly are fourth and fifth, respectively. Hortonville is seventh, and Appleton East received votes.
