A 34-year-old man was arrested Thursday night (January 18th) following a report of an intoxicated man running through the halls and lobby of Quality Inn.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., officers arrived at the scene, detecting a growing scent of marijuana as they approached the suspect’s room.
Police entered the room after speaking with the suspect, where they found a half-smoked joint and a white vacuum-sealed bag.
He was then transported to and is currently being held at the Manitowoc County Jail on charges of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, Disorderly Conduct, and Possession of THC.
