An eastern Wisconsin congressman is saying that white men aren’t going to be getting ahead in the military after an appointment of the new chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff.
Sixth District Congressman Glenn Grothman, who represents Manitowoc County in Washington, says the new head of the Joint Chiefs, General Charles Q. Brown, wants to “restrict the number of white men joining the US Military down to 42%.”
Grothmen noted, “He wants, in essence, to fully discriminate against white guys who want to become officers. This, of course, is just so un-American it’s beyond belief, but that’s what we get from the Biden Administration.”
He also claimed that fewer white men are applying for the military because of the rhetoric.
Grothman calls this “woke stuff” very frustrating because he says the Biden Administration also wants to include those from other countries like Morocco, Egypt, Siria, and Iran that could join the US Military.
“Which, of course, includes new immigrants for preferences as well,” he explained. “And that’s not good. It’s just another group of people who’s going to be educated that in America we give promotions based on race or that we hire based on race or you know that sort of thing.”
Grothman has brought up this issue before involving more non-white judges being picked for the courts. He says he is doing whatever he can to fight this.
