Legal proceedings are underway in Juneau County as prosecutors move forward with charges against Donald Dalberg, 47, and Crystal Teumer, 27, in connection with a murder case.
The charges stem from the killing of a man near the Oak Ridge Trail parking area, with Teumer confessing to the crime.
According to her statement, Dalberg shot the victim in the head after assisting Teumer with a domestic violence complaint.
The pair allegedly dumped the body in the snow and later attempted to set it on fire.
Dalberg faces homicide charges, while Teumer is charged with being a party to a crime and mutilating a corpse.
