The Kewaunee County Historical Society is inviting the community to save the date for their February presentation events.
All events will be held starting at 1 p.m. at the Kewaunee History Center, located at 217 Ellis Street in Kewaunee.
The first presentation held on February 3rd is on the footbridge area by Dan Fager and Jim Schaller.
The second presentation will be held on February 10th by Jim Rabas Jr. on his parents, the “legendary” Millie and Jim Rabas Sr.
The pair started Algoma Motors in 1937 and were known for their work around the Kewaunee community.
The final presentation of the month comes on February 17th from John Schultz and Bill Berkey on the “British invasion” of rock and roll bands of Kewaunee County, to be followed by a free light lunch and refreshments.
