Two organizations have received a large donation from the Manitowoc County 100+ Women Who Care.
Gumby’s Club for a Cure and the Boys and Girls Club of Manitowoc County each got $10,000 from the group with an additional $5,000 matching grant from the Minneapolis-based Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation.
The Neshotah Charitable Foundation also awarded a gift to the organizations.
The local Women Who Care organization recognizes the Richard M. Schulze and Neshotah Charitable Foundations as being trusted partners wishing to give to local charities.
The group encourages other organizations to join them at their Giving Circle, which is their monthly meeting, as they work together to build a strong and healthy Manitowoc County.
Their next meeting will be at Sepia, located at 1820 Jefferson Street in Two Rivers on Tuesday, February 6th.
Registration and social time start at 5:30 p.m., with the meeting beginning at 6:30 pm.
