The Oshkosh pizza delivery driver who is facing charges in a fatal hit and run got a win in court Monday.
According to WBAY TV, Mark Radley’s defense team successfully motioned to have his bond lowered from $50,000 down to $5,000 as he has pleaded not guilty to a charge of Hit-and-Run Causing Death.
The incident occurred on January 10th, with an officer responding to the hit-and-run on Ohio Street.
The 38-year-old male pedestrian who was struck died at the scene, and Radley was identified as the suspected driver.
Investigators were able to locate Radley’s vehicle, noted front-end damage, and took him into custody.
Security camera footage from the restaurant where he was working at the time shows him getting back from a delivery, checking out the damage at the front of his van, and going back inside.
He is due back in court on May 13th for a pretrial conference.
