Quick action from the Manitowoc Fire Department helped contain the fire early this morning (February 7th).
The fire started in a dumpster in the 800 block of S. 19th Street and had significant exposure.
However, the fire department was able to contain the fire in the dumpster.
The cause of the fire was not announced, nor if anyone injured battling the blaze.
