The Racine man charged in an Appleton Christmas Eve homicide is pleading not guilty.
A report from WFRV TV in Green Bay says 21-year-old Elliot L. Campbell didn’t know the victim, Elijah Dodson of Milwaukee before he allegedly shot and killed the man near a taco truck after an altercation started.
Dodson was taken to a hospital but later died from his injuries. Campbell was later arrested in January.
He is charged with one count of 1st-degree intentional homicide in Dodson’s death.
