A criminal complaint from a Manitowoc attempted homicide appears to show that the shooting suspect tried to pose as a FedEx delivery worker.
59-year-old Clarence Holder and 62-year-old Darlene Holder have been charged in the case.
Clarence allegedly shot the victim in the 2700 block of Viebahn Street after pointing a gun at the victim and asking for his “stuff.”
The victim was able to get Clarence out of the apartment but was injured trying to get away.
A GPS was also able to track a vehicle that came up Interstate 43, stayed for about 10 minutes around Viebahn Street, and then left.
The Holders had their initial appearances earlier this week, with the public defender’s office still deciding if both are eligible for court-appointed counsel.
They will have their next appearance on March 25th at 1:30 p.m.
Clarence is charged with Attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, attempted robbery and burglary, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Dianne is charged as a party to the crime in all charges except the possession of a firearm charge.
