Bail is set at $2,000 cash Tuesday afternoon for a 34-year-old Manitowoc man for allegedly flashing hospital staff and yelling profanities at them.
Lukas J. Schroeder is charged with Disorderly Conduct, eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping, and one count of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Manitowoc Police were summoned to Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Monday morning, where they learned that Schroeder was a frequent visitor to the hospital, this time allegedly lifting his gown and showing his privates.
Schroeder also allegedly pushed a staff member and grabbed another as they attempted to perform a COVID swab on him.
Court records show that he has status conferences or is scheduled to appear in nine open court cases, which include charges of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, along with several counts of Possession of drug paraphernalia and various drugs.
Conditions of bail in this matter are that Schroeder is to have “no contact” with Froedtert Holy Memorial Family Hospital, with the exception of receiving emergency medical care and maintaining “absolute sobriety.”
He remains in The County Jail, with his initial appearance scheduled for February 19th at 1:30.
