There are two Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (February 20th).
The Personnel Committee will start the evening off in the Education Room in the Heritage Center, where they will discuss the creation of four full-time equivalent Safety Service Specialist positions.
They will also talk about hiring a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and recruitment for the Sheriff’s Department and Emergency Management.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the County Board of Supervisors will be in the Board Room in the Heritage Center, where they will give the public time to comment.
They will then look over several zoning map amendment proposals and the section of the County Code that relates to Health Officer qualifications.
