The arrest of Racine County Deputy Preston Kite on charges related to child pornography could have significant repercussions on ongoing cases.
The District Attorney is currently reassessing cases involving Kite due to concerns about his credibility following the arrest earlier this month.
Already, one felony case involving drugs has been dropped.
Kite’s involvement extends to three other felonies, one misdemeanor, two ordinance violations, and 58 traffic tickets.
