Jose Dominguez-Garcia, the primary suspect in the Chippewa County suitcase murder case, has been ordered to stand trial for the 2020 killing of his girlfriend, Rosaly Rodriguez.
After Rodriguez disappeared in July 2020, her remains were discovered in a suitcase on an abandoned farm months later.
While Dominguez-Garcia’s trial is forthcoming, a specific date has yet to be scheduled by the court.
