AT&T and Cricket Wireless customers are dealing with service issues this morning.
According to the Associated Press, thousands of customers are dealing with outages that started early this morning.
We spoke with a customer service representative at a Sheboygan Falls AT&T location.
They said they’re unsure how many customers are affected locally and why some phones could be working, and others are not.
But they did say the best thing that can be done if you need to call or text is to be on a Wi-Fi network and use Wi-Fi calling because there isn’t anything else that can be done right now.
As of this morning, there has been no reason given as to why the outage is happening.
