Reporter Steven Devine was at the courthouse for the hearing, and he reported that the hearing has been canceled. The bail hearings have been moved to tomorrow (February 23rd).

We have confirmed with the Manitowoc County Courthouse that the mother of 3-year-old Elijah Vue was arrested and is being charged.
31-year-old Katrina Baur will be in court this afternoon for a bail hearing.
Additionally, 39-year-old Jesse Vang has been tied to the case, but his relationship with Elijah and Katrina could not be confirmed by our contact in the courthouse.
The bail hearing is being held at 12:45 p.m., at which time the exact charges the duo are facing will be revealed.
