An early ribbon cutting in Ashwaubenon marks a new chapter for Bellin Health surgeries.
The Bellin Health Surgery and Specialty Center won’t open until March 4th, but the healthcare group hosted the cutting yesterday afternoon.
CEO Dr. Scott Rathgaber expressed his gratitude to those who contributed to the planning and construction of the facility and acknowledged the hard-working team of Bellin, the village of Ashwaubenon, and two construction companies.
With the first phase of services opening next week, it will offer an array of benefits to the region, including improved access, enhanced patient experience, and comprehensive and collaborative care.
Services at the new building will include operating room suites, therapy, orthopedics, rheumatology, podiatry, imaging, pharmacy, home care equipment, surgery preparation, lab services, and a café.
The second phase is scheduled to be completed later this year and will include the expansion of Digestive Health and Gastroenterology, Ear Nose & Throat, Asthma and Allergy, and Audiology and Neuropsychiatry.
