A man has been arrested after it appears he was giving drugs out at the Déjà Vue Bar on 8th Street in Manitowoc.
Manitowoc Police conducted a search warrant on the bar back on February 8th because of a complaint of a missing person and the establishment refusing to provide a video depicting the victim.
Police found a DVR and a blue pouch containing three plastic bag tear-offs with white powder in a desk, which was later found to be cocaine HCL.
A detective started watching the surveillance footage found in the DVR and saw the 44-year-old suspect over two days pull out the blue pouch from the desk, turn his back to the camera, and put the pouch back in the desk before handing something to different people.
A search warrant was also done at the home of the suspect in the 1000 block of N. 16th Street and found multiple items, including packages of THC gummies, glass smoking devices, money, knotted plastic bags of prescription tablets plus a case of mushroom material, and suspected marijuana in the basement.
The man has been charged with keeping a drug house and possession of cocaine for a second time after being convicted a first time for delivery of cocaine in 1999.
