Whatley, 21, Manitowoc, Bail Jumping, Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, misdemeanor Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, misdemeanor Carry Concealed Weapon, misdemeanor OWI (2nd) offense on 5/27/23, Guilty due to a no contest plea, COUNT 1 – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of two (2) years. That’s 1-year initial confinement followed by 1-year extended supervision.
