After the first program was a huge success, a state organization announced it would hold another student broadcasting forum in Green Bay.
The Wisconsin Broadcasters Student Forum is set to make its comeback at Lambeau Field in 2025, with the event scheduled for February 22nd.
The previous gathering near the end of February attracted around 400 students—high school and college alike—to Lambeau Field to discover broadcasting careers, complete with hands-on activities.
Some highlights included a job fair, rapid networking sessions, and insights from Packers Radio Network announcers and WBA Hall of Fame inductees Wayne Larivee and Larry McCarren.
The WBA Education Committee is currently devising the blueprint for the 2025 Forum, which promises an advanced student awards program.
Expect the agenda to be released this coming autumn.
