A second candlelight vigil for 3-year-old Elijah Vue is scheduled for tomorrow (March 16th) in Two Rivers.
The vigil will include community speakers, and the first 600 attendees will get a candle.
It will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Walsh Park.
Elijah has been missing for almost a full month since he was last seen by 39-year-old Jesse Vang at an apartment complex in the 3900 block of Mishicot Rd.
He was sent by his mother, Katrina Baur, for disciplinary purposes, according to a criminal complaint.
Both are facing child neglect charges.
As of the latest update, Elijah has yet to be found.
