The UW-Madison Extension Horticulture Program is offering a fresh series of complimentary virtual gardening workshops this spring.
These sessions aim to enhance gardeners’ abilities across all levels to effectively cultivate and maintain plants within the Wisconsin region.
Participation is free, but registration is necessary for each workshop.
All sessions will be recorded and can be accessed later at the provided online archive.
The next workshop coming up will be informing attendees about the Emerald Ash Borer and how to manage it effectively.
The session will be about understanding the Emerald Ash Borer from identification to action. It will be on April 1st, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m.
Then, on April 3rd, from noon until 1:00 p.m., there will be a session giving insights into the “No Mow May” movement by UW-Madison experts.
These programs will be led by experts Lisa Johnson, Tim Ripp, and PJ Liesch from the UW-Madison Division of Extension Horticulture Program.
