The two people connected to a stabbing death in Fond du Lac will be going to trial.
According to NBC26, Annaka Trudell and Dawson Miller were bound over for trial Friday, meaning unless they plead guilty or no contest, they will be going to trial.
Trudell is facing a charge of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery with the Use of Force, while Miller has been charged with Harboring or Aiding a Felon, as well as Felony Murder and Armed Robbery, each as Party to the Crime.
Trudell had allegedly set up a meeting with Ashley Calo for a drug deal, but Miller told her to rob her and take the drugs.
Calo fought back, which is when she was stabbed, tried to drive away, and crashed her car before succumbing to her injuries.
Calo’s son was also in the vehicle, but he was uninjured.
