Spruce, 41, Green Bay, retail theft-intentional take (2-counts) on 10/14/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, The defendant is sentenced to five (5) years in the Wisconsin State Prison System. Two (2) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision. No credit is ordered. The sentence shall be served concurrent with the defendant’s federal prison sentence. The court finds the defendant has two (2) days sentence credit. Court authorizes the defendant to serve the sentence in the federal prison facility. Court imposes costs of $518 to be paid by 06-17-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.

The probation shall be consecutive to the initial confinement portion of 18CF622 but concurrent with the extended supervision in that file. The costs in this action shall not be collected until probation commences.
