The Fringe Hair Studio will hold a ribbon cutting and open house on Wednesday, May 8th, from 4 to 6 p.m.
There will be snacks and drinks as well as a raffle.
This event will allow individuals to meet stylists and learn about what The Fringe Hair Studio offers.
The Fringe will be located in the former Barbershop men’s hair salon, located at 4411 Calumet Ave. in Manitowoc.
