A new cookbook is highlighting all that the Sheboygan area offers the culinary world.
During the recent Taste of Sheboygan event, The Blue Harbor Resort introduced the first Taste of Sheboygan Cookbook, which showcases recipes submitted by the public to highlight the unique culinary flavors of the area and position Sheboygan as a prominent food destination in Wisconsin.
The event featured twenty-nine local businesses and twelve food venders, with Vene’s Pancake House winning the 2024 People’s Choice Award.
The Blue Harbor resort will be contributing $5,000 from the proceeds of the Taste of Sheboygan event to the Sheboygan County Food Bank, supporting their Food for Thought for Kids program.
The Taste of Sheboygan Cookbook will establish an ongoing campaign to raise funds for this program throughout the year.
Featuring thirty unique recipes across eight categories, the cookbook encompasses a variety of dishes, with common ingredients including brats, cheese, beer, and maple syrup.
