Manitowoc County Manholes have been the focus of the continued search for missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue.
Vue was reported missing from the home of 39-year-old Jesse Vang of Two Rivers on the morning of Tuesday, February 20th, and an Amber Alert remains active for his safe return that is closing in on ten weeks.
In their latest Facebook post-Friday, The Two Rivers Police Department states that Personnel from both Manitowoc Public Utilities and Two Rivers Power and Light assisted investigators recently in their search for Elijah, to no avail.
It was also disclosed that The Wisconsin Drone Network and the FBI have concluded several aerial searches.
Two Rivers Police Chief Ben Meinnert adds that they continue a variety of search efforts and remain in contact with Elijah’s family with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Justice regarding their search efforts.
Meinert continues by saying, albeit frustrating that they (police) continue analyzing the extremely large amount of video and other data, as well as following up on various leads that come into the department.
A reward of up to $40,000 remains for anyone having information leading to the safe return of Elijah Vue.
