Bail set for a Manitowoc woman in a drug case.

A Manitowoc woman is free on bond after being charged with several drug offenses. 52-year-old Barbra Roggow was in Manitowoc County Circuit Court following a traffic stop where she was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia along with a Taser. Her $1500 recognizance bond has conditions of not possessing any controlled substances and maintaining absolute sobriety. Manitowoc Police report she was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for expired license plates. She faces charges of possession of meth, THC, drug paraphernalia and prescription medications along with a Taser. Her next court appearance will be June 3 at 1:30 PM.
