A day for model ships and boats returns to the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
The 47th Annual Midwestern Model Ships and Boats Contest will feature modelers from six states who will present 30 ships and boats for two days at the museum.
The event is open to the public, and attendees get the chance to see the specially built boats in action at the outdoor radio-controlled boat pond.
Patrons can also cast votes for the People’s Choice Model.
The event is set for May 18th through the 19th and runs from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
