Riverside Fire District Chief Robert Bowen has been formally charged with child enticement.
Bowen appeared in Marathon County Court yesterday, where the district attorney accused him of having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor between June of last year and earlier this month.
The judge set a $15,000 cash bond and ordered Bowen to avoid contact with the victim, their family, and anyone under the age of 18.
Bowen’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 30th.
