The City of Manitowoc advises commuters that South 21st Street at Franklin Street will be closed at approximately 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel says this will be to accommodate the by-pass pumping for the replacement of a sanitary manhole on the Franklin Street reconstruction project.
No left turn will be permitted on Franklin during this closure, which is expected to last anywhere between 4 and 6 hours.
