Multiple athletes from the lakeshore and northeast Wisconsin will be looking to punch their ticket to next week’s WIAA State Track and Field championships in LaCrosse, with strong showings at sectional meets being held in all three divisions throughout the state.
One team to keep an eye on is the Lancer Girls of Manitowoc Lutheran.
Coach Abby Bubolz’s squad is coming off a Division Three Team title in Hilbert on Monday afternoon.
Sectional champions, plus qualifiers (depending on division), will head to the state meet next weekend.
