Rain has postponed a WIAA Division Three Girls Softball Regional Final between The Valders Vikings and New Holstein Huskies a second time.
Vikings Head Coach Steve Dietrich tells Seehafer Sports that the game has been rescheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow (Saturday) at New Holstein.
The game was washed out Thursday as well, but the forecast looks promising, with sunshine and temperatures in the sixties at game time.
The winner advances to play Mishicot at Mishicot in a Sectional Semifinal Tuesday afternoon at 4:30.
The 27 and 0 Indians, ranked first in the state’s coaches’ poll, defeated Kewaunee 4 to 0 Thursday afternoon to win their fourth consecutive regional title and their fifth in the last six years.
