A two-car collision has put two people in trouble because of the way the way they reacted after the crash.
39-year-old Ricki Marie Albright is charged with being the driver of a car that hit another car from behind while the car in front was stopped for pedestrians in the 900 block of Maritime Drive Tuesday morning.
Manitowoc police say she then fled from the car into a nearby building, where she was apprehended after allegedly injecting herself with an unknown substance.
She was arrested on two counts of felony bail jumping and appeared in Manitowoc County circuit Court yesterday (May 29th) where her bail was set at $300 with the condition she maintain absolute sobriety.
Also, the husband of the other driver, 43-year-old Jason G. Jolin, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, obstructing an officer and three counts of felony bail jumping.
His bail was also set at $300.
Both remain in jail with their next appearances set for June 3 at 1:30 pm.
