That’s SEVEN (7) years initial confinement followed by FIVE (5) years extended supervision. Conditions of Extended Supervision: Same Conditions as Count 1. Defendant is found for the Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program. Defendant has credit for 383 days.
