The Manitowoc County Historical Society is inviting guests to the McAllister House Welcome Center and Pinecrest Village as they kick off their summer season starting on Saturday, June 1st.
A wide array of engaging programs and events are now accessible as the staff prepares to start getting visitors for another year of recreational activities and the chance to engage with the narratives of Manitowoc’s heritage.
The Pinecrest Village provides numerous family-friendly activities where guests of any age can immerse themselves in experiences such as taking classes in a traditional one-room schoolhouse or observing historical trades in action.
Featuring more than 30 authentic structures from Manitowoc County, the village authenticity captures the essence of the 1850s through the early 1900s.
The summer season of the Manitowoc County Historical Society spans from June 1st to September 30th, with general admission access available from Wednesday to Sunday.
General admission tickets are $14.00 for adults, $13.00 for seniors aged 65 and above, $10 for youth aged 3 to 17, and free for children under 4. An exclusive Access Admission rate of 2 is also offered.
