The Mishicot Indians are seeded first in the Division Three Field of The WIAA State Girls Softball Tournament, to be held next Thursday through Saturday at The Goodman Diamond Softball Complex in Madison.
Mishicot is 29 and 0 and will face the four-seed Laconia Spartans in a state semifinal matchup at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 7th.
The second semifinal pits the two-seed Broadhead against three-seed Prescott at approximately noon on Friday.
The winners meet for a Division Three State championship on Saturday, June 8th, at 1 p.m.
Mishicot is making its second consecutive trip to Madison and its sixth in ten years under Head Coach Dawn Shimek.
They won their first and only state title in 2021.
