Charges were officially filed Monday afternoon for a 32-year-old woman who caused a scene at a local bar over the weekend.
Mariah A. Hutchison of Manitowoc has been charged with Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia along with four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Police were called to The Fat Seagull on Quay Street Saturday afternoon after a report of a woman acting strangely and talking to herself.
Hutchison was reportedly talking to the sky and waving her arms around, along with making sexually explicit comments to authorities.
After being medically cleared at a local hospital, she was taken to The County Jail, where she reportedly became aggressive with jail staff.
The court did not impose conditions on bail. Hutchison remains in The County Jail on a $250 cash bond and has her initial appearance scheduled for June 10th at 1:30.
