Bonnie Lee Wellner, age 75 of Manitowoc, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at St. Mary’s Home in Manitowoc.
Bonnie was born on April 14, 1949 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Robert and Carol (Mueller) Wellner, Sr. She attended Reedsville schools and graduated with the class of 1967 from Reedsville High School. In the past Bonnie worked for Mirro and Federal Mogul in Manitowoc. She enjoyed walking her dog. Bonnie was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw.
Survivors include her six brothers and two sisters-in-law: Robert (Shirley) Wellner, Jr., Mishicot, David Wellner, Manitowoc, Larry Wellner, Whitelaw, Stanley (Lora) Wellner, Brillion, Scott Wellner, Pulaski, Daniel Wellner, Kellnersville; one sister and two brothers-in-law: Sarah (Paul) Schwoerer, Cato, Steven Ignera, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Robertt and Carol Wellner, Sr.; three sisters: Daisy Mae Wellner, Madonna M. Wellner, Lori R. Ignera; one sister-in-law: Yvonne Wellner; one nephew: Toby Wellner.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 10, 2024 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. The Rev. Richard Klingeisen will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow in the parish cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
