A celebration of dairy takes place this weekend at a Manitowoc County farm.
Breakfast on Farm is being held at Libertyland Farms in Valders on Newton Road.
The Gries family has been running the farm since the 1940s and is ready to welcome everyone for a day of eggs, bacon, and more.
Attendees will get to have a tour of the farm, get to pet animals in a petting zoo, and let their children enjoy activities, too.
The Dairy Princess and Miss Farm Bureau crowing takes place at 9:30 a.m., with breakfast starting at 8 a.m. and lasting until noon on Sunday, June 9th.
Depending on weather conditions, guests might be told to park in a field and be brought to the farm, or they will have to go to the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center or Stecker Machining and get dropped off at the farm.
We’ll have a future story about what the plan is for parking before the event.
